Is there something that I am missing? It seems so obvious that a user could take action during the sales process based on a lead or contact clicking a email, but I see no way to use this information outside of Reports. Please don't suggest using Zoho Campaigns, I am asking about Zoho CRM.
Below are two very specefic examples:
When it comes to actually using data about clicked emails, it doesn't exist. For example, on the same page I referenced above, it talks about sorting records, but it has no availability to sort by clicks.
I have email insights enabled.
