Sort Record - Email Status - Clicked

Is there something that I am missing?  It seems so obvious that a user could take action during the sales process based on a lead or contact clicking a email, but I see no way to use this information outside of Reports.  Please don't suggest using Zoho Campaigns, I am asking about Zoho CRM.

Below are two very specefic examples:  

Looking through many of your support and marketing pages, they all mentioned "emails clicked".  For example, here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/articles/manage-email-insights#Monitor_Email_Response_Contextually

When it comes to actually using data about clicked emails, it doesn't exist. For example, on the same page I referenced above, it talks about sorting records, but it has no availability to sort by clicks.

Here is another example:  I'm trying to send a follow-up email from Mass Email based on a click by the email recipient.  The support file talks about clicks, but when it comes down to using a click as a trigger for a mass email, it is not an option.  I have email insights enabled.
