Sorting by Owner
We have two people in the business with the same surname. When we try to sort our Contacts, Potentials or Accounts according to Owner, the ones relating to the guys with the same surname are all mixed up together. It looks to me like it's sorting on Owner surname alone and therefore doesn't segregate also by Owner first name.
