Sorting Contacts and Importing Holidays

Hi all,

My contacts are sorted by first, rather than by last, name. I would like to have them sorted by last name, if possible. I've looked through the settings area of Zoho VO but have not found a way of doing this. Can someone please advise?

Also, I would like to insert holidays into my VO calendar (I'm in the US). I've not found a good file to import for this. Does anyone have any recommendations?
