Sorting in bug Tracker

Is there a way to set a sort order on the main bug screen. I'd love for my guys to see:
1 just their tickets.
2 order those tickets by severity
3 order those tickets by status

Or something along those lines.

Currently I have added a priority field (1-25) so they have an idea what situations need the most attention once assigned.
