Could you advise me a way of sorting my contacts by account type?
Since i can not send out email to all contacts related to an account from the account-tab, i need to do it via the contacts tab.

Lets say i want to send out an email to all contacts related to accounts of the type "customers"..

As i see it, i can only sort the contacts by account-name and not by type, account-owner etc...

What is your advice?

Other question:
When using the mass email option, it would be very nice to have the option to either edit the email template before sending it or at least being able to create an email from scratch.
