We're using Zoho mail at our offices in China, and find it very powerful. 

Here's a feature request: is it possible to add sound alert when receiving  a new mail?  You see, I heavily rely on Zoho mail to do my daily work because my job involves lots of email exchanges with clients, and now I have to check my email box quite often to see if there's any important email coming while I am working on other webpages. If there's a sould alert indicating a new coming mail, like QQ does, then I don't have to click on the Zoho mail so frequently.

If there's not many people having the same request, and thus you don't want to add it to your roadmap, I can understand.
