Spam coming through online form
Hi all,
I am receiving lots of Spam through an online form connected to my leads module in Zoho CRM (i.e. a lead is created whenever the Form on my website is submitted).
I have noticed a pattern in the Spam requests I have been receiving, namely that the first name is always the same as the last name. I therefore want to create a workflow rule that only triggers a notification email if "First name", as entered in the form, IS NOT the same as "Last name", as per the form. However, the workflow design template does not let me use variables / field names, as I've tried in the screenshot below. Any ideas how to work around this?
