SPAM filters are killing me

I know there are numerous posts on spam settings going back two or three years.  But, really...100% of my email is in my spam folder...100%.  There is no apparent way to customize spam filters, or better yet to turn them off.  I am a IT senior systems admin and there's no reason for the spam filters to be so aggressive.  I had zero problems with Gmail's spam filters.  There were so few legit emails snagged by Gmail's spam filters I never had to even check it.  

I hate to bitch but this seems to be an ongoing problem for Zoho.  I wouldn't mind going for the paid tier, but not if this is what I can expect.  I'd rather pay Google.
