Spam fliter stopped working

I have two email accounts with separate domains. We were offline for a week and when we returned we each had TWO THOUSAND emails! I would guess 90-95% were spam. Apparently the regular Zoho spam filter stopped working. AND we've been using the longtime beta spam option also and it also stopped working. I now getting nothing in the quarantine tab.

I've doubled checked they're still setup. I've even disabled and re-enabled them. This is crazy. They're arriving at a pace of about 6 per minute all day long. I can't keep up. And of course it's impacting our disk quota as well. I don't know what to do. Is anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions other then leaving Zoho?

All the commercial filters like SpamFighter Pro work on POP accounts not IMAP. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks.
