Spam Mail Does Not Load for Android IMAP Account

I have 2 Zoho email accounts but not able to add both in Zoho Android Mail App. As per Zoho help forum, I set up 1 account using IMAP on my android. As a result, I missed important emails as they went into spam folder which doesnt load. Didn't realised this until I logged in from desktop 2 weeks later!

Any solution to this besides having to frquently checked desktop version?

Why doesn't Zoho team resolved the problem of not able to set mutiple accounts in their mobile mail app?
