Spam Messages unviewable?

Spam Messages unviewable?

So apparently Zoho Mail is working again (status page says that everything is back online), but I made the disturbing discovery today that we have hundreds of legitimate emails that have been captured in the spam folder, and I'm now trying to go through it. I can't view any email that is over 30 days old; the error message that appears is the same as when the server was down. Please advise.
