Spam Messages unviewable?

Apparently Zoho Mail is fixed, but I'm still getting the error message "Ah snap... Content is not available. Please try again after some time. " on a bunch of messages that were sent over 30 days ago that I just found in my spam folder. I've marked these messages Not Spam and moved them to my Open Support Requests folder, but I still can't view the content.

HELP PLEASE.
