I am not a coder and I have no idea what's going on. It seems to me someone called Guillermo is using our own (business) email to spam a bunch of people with the a random commercial offer.
A couple of people actually replied to Guillermo's email but those replies were sent to us.
I asked those guys why they emailed us and they said they simply hit REPLY and did not notice that
gcortit@gmail.com was replaced by our own email address
Now
I do not know this guy Guillermo <gcortit@gmail.com> and I am not sure what is going on. Please take a look at the below "source code" for the email and let me know what we can do to stop this now. I don't want our business address to be banned or tagged as "spammer" for obvious reasons.
The first email was sent by Guillermo a couple of days ago After reading on Zoho Mail Help section, I activated the two-factor login and thought that would have been enough. Unfortunately it turned out not to be enough, as today I received again another email from Guillermo. Please take a look at it and get back to me ASAP. Thank you.
