Sparrow not working across multiple computers

I'm having an issue where the IMAP mailboxes are acting on a first come, first serve basis. If I send out an email the first mailbox (desktop or laptop) to get it, does, then the other mailbox stays empty.

I've checked the Settings > Auto-Expunge and have it set on 'Do NOT Auto-Expunge'
