spasmodic issues - sending - fetching - saving to drafts

spasmodic issues - sending - fetching - saving to drafts

have constant "waiting for Zoho mail" and messages spasmodically don't send - just sit there with the message saying sending. I refresh the browser and it loses all content. Have to save to drafts all the time (sometimes it just says "saving to drafts" and does nothing else). This is driving me nutso. I am a new user and am using this on recommendation.
