Special Patch and Fix for installing 3.2 updates

Dear VO Users,

We have released a Customer Special Patch that includes the following:

Languages Added
* Swedish

Fixes
* Unable to save changes in Group Wiki
* All Day event shows a day later in month view
* WAP - sender's mail address
* WAP - Contacts Null Error
* Contacts - Preferred number issue with imported contacts
* New Documents gives error in Ukrainian language


For installing this update do the following:

1. Shutdown Zoho Virtual Office Service

2. Download a fix for installing the updates for 3.2 from the following URL:
bonitas.adventnet.com/vo/11Apr2006/Zoho_Virtual_Office_Fix_Patch.zip

3. Extract this Zoho_Virtual_Office_Fix_Patch.zip file into the .../AdventNet/Zoho/VirtualOffice folder

4. While extracting, it may ask you whether to overwrite the existing file. Click on Yes to overwrite the file.

5. Download the Customer Special Patch from the following URL:
bonitas.adventnet.com/vo/11Apr2006/Zoho_Virtual_Office_3_2_0_SP-0_1.ppm

6. Install this update Zoho_Virtual_Office_3_2_0_SP-0_1.ppm using the UpdateManager.

7. To start UpdateManager, use the following:
Windows:
Execute UpdateManager.bat file located under .../AdventNet/Zoho/VirtualOffice/bin folder

Linux:
Execute the UpdateManager.sh file located under .../AdventNet/Zoho/VirtualOffice/bin using the following command:
sh UpdateManager.sh

8. After installing this update, start the Zoho Virtual Office service.

Note:
After applying the Update 3201, the build number of Zoho Virtual Office should show as 3201. You can check the Build Number by clicking on About Us link present at the top right side of the Zoho VO screen.

In case, if you see the old build number 3200 then please try the following steps:

1. Shutdown the Zoho VO service
2. Delete the extracted folder located under .../AdventNet/Zoho/VirtualOffice/applications/
3. Start the Zoho Virtual Office.
