Specific Account not Receiving Email

Specific Account not Receiving Email

Our domain is able to receive emails, but starting this afternoon, my email jon at basicsproducts dot com is not receiving any emails.

We have run several tests but can't get it to work. It can send fine but is not receiving email.

Please help. I checked out mx records on mx toolbox and they appear to be in order:
