Speculative CV sending

Hi, It's great to be able to put candidates against live jobs but many recruiters "work" a candidate and send them out speculatively. It would be great to be able to build a "spec list" of target clients against a candidate and then record when the CV has been sent across and who to, interview requests etc without having to create a job specifically for one candidate when there might not be one already existing with the client/employer.
