We are a paying user of Zoho CRM. Yesterday (Thursday 6-6:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time) our users were reporting that Zoho was unbearably slow. (This is not the first time it has been slow for us but first time I've recorded date and time. I'll be doing it more often from now on.) Are you aware of any issue at that time that may have caused issues? Not sure where Zoho's servers are based but could it be some scheduled maintenence causing the issue? If so, would it be at all possible for our data to be migrated to a server with a more region-friendly maintenence timetable?
