when I go to add the SPF on my Hostgator CPANEL ,

I go to Advanced DNS> then select my domain and then Add a Record TXT

Then I have to add NAME when I put @ i get a error.

A zone name must be a domain name, and can include a period at the end.

What do I put in the field and the other fields.

TTL and txtdata
