v=spf1 a mx include:zoho.com ~all

v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all

The setup says to use the bottom one, but I've also seen the top recommended. So which is it? 

Also, on the mobile Zoho Mail app, I've noticed the "From" shows it's sent from "contact" while my computer shows it's from my actual web site name. Why the difference? Can the mobile app not have the custom From name?
