I have the domain name @thelondoncatclinic.co.uk. We use a practice management system that sends emails from our Zoho accounts but a lot of these are ending up in SPAM. We contacted the PMS company and they have told us has told us to update our SPF records like this add in
include:spf.animana.com into the text record.
Please note:
Its only possible to add one TXT record within a DNS.
If there is already a SPF record added to the DNS, please add Animana as the following:
“v=spf1 a mx a:exampleserver.nl include:spf.animana.com ~all”
“v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.example.com include:spf.animana.com ~all”
replace exampleserver and example by your current SPF record
I had the TXT record v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all and amended it to v=spf1 include:zoho.com
include:spf.animana.com ~all and checked with our DNS provider who said it looked fine but I am getting a notification that it is not configured correctly.
Can you please tell me how I am supposed to add in a third party?
