- On the top half of the form would be the parent record information.  You would be able to scroll between parent records by scrolling from page to page.

- On the bottom of the form would be the child records.  This would be a listing of the child records that were associated with the parent record on top half of the screen.  You would be able to scroll up and down through the child records on the bottom half of the form page.
