The event gallery on the microsite gives your attendees a space to share their experience through pictures. These pictures can show other attendees what transpired at the event. If you have a theme or criteria for what pictures should be showcased for the event, you can moderate the images that are uploaded to the gallery.
As it's been, you can manage the gallery in Backstage from the Design tab in the Microsite Builder. However, you now have the option to manage the gallery from the Event gallery tab in the Content Library, too.
Moderate the gallery
To view and manage the images uploaded on the event microsite, go to the Manage Dashboard and click the
Content library tab. Then, click the
Event Gallery tab. You can also modify the view by clicking the
List view [
] and
Grid view [
] icons at the top-right corner of the tab.
If you want to remove any images uploaded by someone you can delete them; they will be removed from the live event microsite automatically. You can even delete unnecessary comments added for images. This will ensure that everything in your gallery is in line with your event's code of conduct or to make sure that nothing offensive appears. Keep in mind that when you delete an image, it can't be retrieved as it is permanently deleted.
Upload images
You can also add images to the gallery personally. If you want to display photos from the organizing team’s point of view, show attendees what's happening behind the scenes, or even add some older photos from past events, you can upload these images before or anytime during the event.
Download your gallery
Images that need to be saved or accessed offline later on, can be downloaded from the Event gallery tab. This can be done for individual images or in bulk.
