Power up your presentations with Apple Intelligence in the Zoho Show Mac app

Hello, Mac users!

This month's spotlight is for you. Zoho Show's desktop app for Mac just got a whole lot smarter, and we think you're going to love what's inside.

Apple Intelligence is now built directly into Zoho Show for Mac, not as a sidebar, not as a separate tool, but woven into the slide itself. It understands your content in context and helps you create, refine, and visualize ideas right where you work.

In this post we'll be discussing the two core capabilities Apple Intelligence offers while working in the Zoho Show Mac application.

Writing Tools

There’s always that one slide in every deck which quietly resists your effort to get the perfect wording. You tweak the title five times trying to make it land better. You trim bullet points that still somehow feel too heavy. And when you revisit the speaker notes the next morning, they somehow feel far less clear than they did the night before.

Select the text you want to fix, click on Edit in the app's menu bar, and choose Writing Tools.

Ask what you need and let Apple Intelligence take it from there, or pick from the built-in actions: Proofread and Rewrite for quick fixes, Friendly, Professional, and Concise to adjust tone and length, and Summary, Key Points, List, and Table when the structure itself needs a rethink. Compose at the bottom lets you get even more specific.

Note: You'll need to connect with ChatGPT to use the Compose option.

Image Playground

Stock photo hunting? We've all lost an afternoon to it. Endless scrolling, questionable results, and a final pick that's just good enough. And while many of us have started turning to AI image generators instead, that still means leaving our slide, opening another tool, downloading, and coming back.

Image Playground removes all of that. Open the Insert pane, go to Media, and select Image Playground. Describe what you want, pick a style—Animation, Illustration, or Sketch—and Apple Intelligence generates a custom image right inside Zoho Show.

Need a person in your image? The Person option lets you choose someone from your Mac or set an appearance from scratch, selecting a skin tone and look that fits. This can then be added to your prompt.

You can also drop in a reference image, whether it's a rough sketch or something you've saved for inspiration, and it'll use that too. The visual you had in mind is now ready to place on your slide, no extra tabs required.

Apple Intelligence works on Macs with Apple silicon running macOS Sequoia 15.1 or later. Head to System Settings to make sure Apple Intelligence is enabled, and you're all set!
