ssl cert

got to say i like what im seeing :-)

i have a few questions.....

1.how do you create the ssl certificate so you log on with https:// I know there is a page in the docs, but i cant follow it.

2. can i link the help and support options to a page of my choice as i feel that would benifit my users more than a marketing tool linking to your website

Its looking like a fantastic tool - already use ServiceDesk and looking at this and OpManager.
