When I search for help on these topics, some of the links go to the Zoho knowledge base, but both Chrome and Firefox deliver SSL errors (see below) warning not to access these pages.  Can someone tell me when/if this will be fixed?

Chrome:

You attempted to reach kbase.crm.zoho.com, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as *.zoho.com. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of kbase.crm.zoho.com. You should not proceed.

Firefox:
