SSL not working

We normally use https://.... zohoprojects.com to access the app but it's no longer working today. We also noticed that it is not coming up as invalid (although the connection is still encrypted, it just looks bad to the client). This is important to us, as security is always a priority when dealing with online authentication.

Can you advise me on your take in terms of providing a safe and secure user experience?
