Hello.

Our organization would like to use both Google Apps and Zoho Business (and other Zoho's Apps) and use SSO using Google Apps account (because Google doesn't support auth  by Zoho accounts).

So i registered our domain within Google Apps, added users. Then i opened Zoho site and signed in using my Google Apps account, then created an organization and associated the same domain within Zoho. Then upgraded all services to the Enterprise edition, setup mail hosting for this domain and everything was going well until i decided to add next user to Zoho:

I thought that i had to logout my Google session, log in  next user, then go to the Zoho page and sign in using Google Apps account (of this second user, say user2@domain.net), as i had done before with mine.  

Unfortunately, when i signed in Zoho with user's Google Apps account, Zoho didn't recognize it was from the same Google Apps domain and created a completely new and clean Zoho account for this user.

I understood i had done something wrong, so i deciced to completely delete this user's account, but it was not possible because Zoho asked his current password before closing account. Obviously, there was not any password, because we were using Google Apps ones.  But there was a way to reset the password, so i setup an alias for all wrong emails (to not existent users, in the Control panel), click Reset password and Zoho send a new password to this user and i got it.

Then i closed and account and tried a new way:  i again signed in Zoho using my Google Apps account and added a new user within Zoho's control panel. It send an invitation to the email address of that user ( user2@domain.net), but it didn't come to my ''all wrong emails" mailbox, because Zoho created this user with that address.  So i went to the control panel and set his password manually. 

Then i signed out from my account in Zoho and Google Apps, signed in Google with user's account, then went to the Zoho page and singed in using Google Apps. Zoho asked for the user name (and i couldn't use the same user's name i had deleted before; why?) and then successfully signed in my business portal. 

Sorry for my long and boring explanation, but i thinkg i might be useful for you to understand that it's not so easy to use SSO with Zoho.

I have few question:

1. How do i use all my Google Apps users' accounts with the same domain and organization within Zoho? Was my second way correct and was it the only possible way?

2. How do i permanently delete user's account so i would be able to use his login name again in the future?
