Hi,

I can see that Zoho supports organizational single sign on (SSO) via SAML:

My question is can I use OIDC instead of SAML to connect to a third-party identity provider.

The current identity provider (based on IdentityServer) our organization uses, does not support SAML, but it supports OIDC. I wonder if the users of my domain can login using their organizational identity in this case.

Thanks.

Hello ,
Apologies for the delay.

We have checked with our development team and we currently do not support OIDC, however we will look into the possibilities and implement it in our future road map.

Any update to this? OIDC is more popular and easy to implement than just OAuth2.

Hi,

We support about 90% options related to OIDC. However, we require more information on requirement. Hence, we request you to drop us an email with your use case to support[at]zohoaccounts[dot]com. We will discuss with our team and share an update.
