Stage descriptions

After creating a new Potential in an Account, we can edit this Potential and set different Stages in time.

But I would like to keep the date and description of all the contacts made with the account during the evolutions of the stages... How can I do it?

P.e.:
25 SET 2008 - "Phone call to secretary. Obtained cell phone of John Smith. He's the one who may be interested in product. Contact him in 3 October."
3 OCT 2008 - "Contact made with John Smith. Interested in a meeting to see product."
10 OCT 2008 - "Meeting made. Happy with product but next contact only next week"
17 OCT 2008 - "Waiting for other internal processes to end before make decision. Contact in two weeks."

If it can't be done in the "Stage History" the best thing would be to use the "EVENTS"?
