When I generate a report for the stage duration it shows duplicates from the deal from all the different stages.

I would like to run a report where it will only show the stage duration from the current stage that it is in to see how long it is sitting still in our pipeline.

Is there an easy way to do this or is there a custom function that i would need to create and how would I create the function to solve this?
