Stage History Report

Hi there,

I have been busy with this for a long time, but i still can not get it to work.
I hope any of you guys can help me.

My company sells a product, on a potential level. the process on the potential level is:
Demo scheduled
software plug-in completed
Published
Software live
Closed won
Closed lost

U can see on potential level the stage history, now i want to create a report where i can make a cross report with all the potentials that are Closed lost and in the same report i wanna see the last status in the stage history. So not all the statuses no only the last one.

Because i have managed to make a report where i can see all the closed lost with all the stage history but then i get 3 statuses of each sale process.
