I feel like I must be missing this, but we use a small handful of links and attachments (from Workdrive) in our sales process. So I'm often sending an email from with CRM and have to hit the attachment button and go find the file in Workdrive or manually copy and paste link.

Is there a way to have these commonly used sales collateral pieces be somewhere easily accessible from within the email composition screen? 

I thought I remembered seeing something like this early on, but now I can't find it. Any ideas?
