One of my users (a 'Standard' user) does not seem able to access all the accounts / contacts on our Zoho database.
We know there is no problem with the data as both myself (Super Admin User) and my colleague (Admin User) can see all the information when we search.
I've checked her permissions and she does not appear to be restricted from viewing any account information on our Zoho account. Please advise.
In addition - we are all experiencing issues searching by Postcode as specific postcode search highlights multiple contacts of various postcodes from all across the country. Any thoughts?
