I would like to understand how to use Zoho CRM in efficient way.

1. I'm using my company imap gmail account ( mail@xyz.com) as a primary mail provider. What are the option of integrating Zoho with Gmail so every communication is nicely tracked by Zoho and available for review under customer profile?

2. Can I add formatted  signature   (custom font, color, company logo, disclaimer) into Zoho mail?

3. I have a big client list to whom I routinely send informational emails (same email to everybody, name is different). How can I email in bulk through Zoho in the way so emails look like regular emails instead of newsletter email format with unsubscribe button? 

4. Is there way to see all social updates  (linkedin, fb, twitter)  of my  Zoho  customer all  in one page?
