Starting Zoho

hi, I'm using Zoho Virtual Ofice under linux. I've succeded installing the software using the .bin file. But I met 2 problems :

1. I couldn't start the service. The error message is : "failed to starting MySql". What should I do?

2. I have tried install the software under Windows. And i's really good. But, can I make a quota based on user priviledge? So, some certain user can have more quota storage.
