I am interested in learning more about how the activities functions work and how others have used them.
The main problem I find with it so far is I am unable to perform status updates to activities.
I want the ability to create an activity and log sub activities/updates within that activity rather than opening multiple activities and then closing them.
Example: (what I would like to be able to do)
June 5th, 2013
Create activity: Create proposal for company xyz with regards to service 1, 2, 3
June 6th, 2013
Update activity: have created pricing charts for company xyz with regards to service 1 and 2, 3 still remains to be finished.
June 7th, 2013:
Update activity: Created pricing charts for service 3, working on final literature.
June 8th, 2013
Update activity: finished proposal have sent it off.
Next Action: Close activity.
I would like to be able to see the log above a sub tasks within an activity.
Is this possible, if so would you please advise as to how I can do this.
