Sticky event notication method

Sticky event notication method

I'd like to propose a sticky setting for the method of notification while creating a new event (i.e. e-mail vs pop-up). I most often prefer pop-up notifications, but the default is e-mail so I find myself having to change the setting for every event I create.

If the notification method were sticky and remembered the user's last preference, that would provide convenience for users no matter which method they more commonly prefer.
