Still awaiting Zoho Response

The response time for this has been so slow, I need this sorted please hence me raising a NEW issue.

I have sending issues (Error 421) and my client can't send to me from Outlook (Error 552) - it works for her only via webmail. My client is in my VIPs and address book.
