Still experiencing email delays

I am still experiencing email incoming delays as well as emails showing as sent but not arriving with the recipient. If I email myself from my own email (an 'internal' email if you like) it works ok but not to any other email or domain name.

I know there were issues yesterday and before but are we still having problems???
