Still receive email although I have deleted origination and closed account.
I have delete a origination at mail.zoho.com and close account at account.zoho.com with same email:nguyenquynhan18@gmail.com. But I still receive email daily from noreply@site24x7.com with title "Persistent Alert : askfoody_test is Down ... ";. askfoody_test is a monitor I have created previous time. I have closed my account but that still execute. Why? I don't want receive email DOWN or UP when I have close my account.
Can you help me to resolve this issue?
