Still unable to connect to smtp, support hasn't replied AGAIN in days

So, the last time I made a post, I finally got a reply to my inital email. 
Since I haven't heared back from the support 4 days now...I thought I may try it again.

Just to let you know: This is the last attempt. I signed up for zoho to gather information about the reliability. I need a paid plan soon. If this is your actual support behaviour I see no chance in upgrading in a paid plan.
