Still unavailable to receive Emails

Still unavailable to receive Emails

Everything is verified (except DKIM, which shouldnt be a problem when receiving emails) and i am still unable to receive any emails.

Internal (zoho) mails between users on my network is working without any problems, 

but when it comes to receiving from the external sources (ex. gmail. hotmail.. etc.. ) nothing appears.

I have double checked all my mx recors, all txt records manually and with other tools such as mxtoolbox 
everything is green and in order.

Can i know why.
(i have waited for more than 4 hours for everything to  propagate.. ) 
(dkim has never appeared to be verified)
