Stock levels



I have place a purchase order on CRM with 6 line items.

 
item 1 - 50000 units
item 2 - 50000 units
item 3 - 150000 units
item 4 - 150000 units
item 5 - 5000 units
item 6 - 5000 units
 
when I check the stock after the order has been placed within CRM
 
item 1 - 50000 units on order
item 2 - 0 units on order
item 3 - 150000 units on order
item 4 - 150000 units on order
item 5 - 5000 units on order
item 6 - 5000 units on order
 
 
thinking there was something wrong with the first order. I created a fresh order for the same amounts, then deleted the first order, i now have the following incorrect stock levels:-
 
item 1 - 50000 units on order
item 2 - -5000 units on order
item 3 - 300000 units on order
item 4 - 300000 units on order
item 5 - 10000 units on order
item 6 - 10000 units on order
 
 
Can some body help me as to why the stock levels are not updating correctly and tell me why I have ended up with a minus figure on item 2?
