It's only a small thing but creating users properly is a nightmare because you just make then use the first name of whatever is before the @ in their email address.

Took me ages how to actually change my own name from 'geoff' across all Zoho projects to my actual name Geoff Jackson.

Not critical but it is annoying because every user that is invited will have to go and edit their own name when they log in.
