Stopping Zoho

Dear Team,

Thank you for helping me starting Zoho. Now I have a new problem. I can't stop Zoho service without restart the server (using shutdown.sh script).

If I kill the service manually using kill -9 command, the service is stop, but the port is still open. How to resolve this problem?
