Storage Articles (specific webpages) into a Zoho CRM Module / Zoho Creator ap so users can review their history
Hi Zoho gurus.
We are a research firm that publishes specialist articles. I would like to use SalesIQ to capture pages the pages that our subscribers read (which SalesIQ does out of the box) but ALSO push that information in history that the user can review as part of their account.
So I would need to store the USER ID (all users will be records in the CRM, so ideally we'd use that ID), the URL of the page visited (anything under the URL
https://www.ibrs.com/articles/...) the time accessed and if possible the name of the page.
So a few quetsions:
1. Can I get the logged-in client details (ideally the ID), page URL, page name
2. Can SaleIQ trigger a restful API that I can then pick up using Zoho Flow or a similar integration tool to further processes. I've looked through the Zoho documentation, but may be missing something here.
3. Would a Zoho CRM mobule or Zoho Creator app be the best place to store this information, or we can then create a portal for the user to see their history.
