Storage fee not low. False fee

I deleted more than 60% of the emails from the account and I did not get more space. The space is frozen at 109% and although I have deleted thousands of emails this does not go down.

I am grateful to the people of Zoho who put the real space of the mail.

I have exported all emails and imported them into an empty gmail account, and this tells me that there is only 1.7GB. The data in the Zoho control panel is false.
