I deleted lots of mails from the account and I did not get more space. The space is frozen at 97% and although I have deleted thousands of emails its not going down...
I really need help with this, i contacted zoho to buy individual plan and upgrade and they told me it wasnt possible that i need to buy it for 5 accounts, but i just need it for mine i dont understand this... i can pay anual but need my mail expanded its really anoying im getting problems with my clients.
Other thing i saw for example, in inbox it say a email have 25mb but when i check the email the attachment its of 17mb, why this false info?
